In accordance with NHS guidelines
the Practice operates an in-house
complaints procedure, a leaflet
explaining this procedure can be
obtained from reception.
We hope that you
will never have cause to complain
with regard to your medical
treatment, or for any other reason.
However, we would hope that, in the
first instance, an informal
discussion with the
Practice Manager
would enable any situation to be
resolved.
